Don't Spend an "Arm and a Leg" To Protect Your Computer! 2
Hello Again!, In my last post, I gave some Info for protecting your computer that you didn't need to download. Below is an Anti-Virus, and a couple of Spyware programs for downloading.

I have used this for 6-7 years I think.
(there are some other good one out there also now)
I have never bought virus protection ever and I have never had a virus!!!!
Banging, (screw knocking) on wood lol. It's striate up basic virus protection, without all the bells and whistles.
The only thing that isn't included that you really should have, is Spyware,
(The stuff included below for FREE.) Just do the first few things I told you in my last post, download these spyware programs and you have the important stuff (except live tech support but, you can get answers if you have problems from the FAQ's in the websites.
(update AVG now has free spyware!)
I would recommend ANYTHING from them!
I have the two below and will now have Avg spyware... what one may miss the other will

(Will be named lavasoft in programs & all files,on your Computer after download. don't delete accidentally)

Spybot, search & destroy
http://www.spybot.com/en/index.html These you can set up to run on their own, every so often, or remind you to do it.
The default is to run every time you start your Computer. I hate it that way because it takes forever to be able to start anything! So I do it when I'm cleaning or something while they are running.
Download these and run them once a month, or more if you go to Places like,
MySpace, e-bay, u-tube, Or if you click The Adult Friend Finder ad's!!!!! Good lord don't fall for their crap lol! They are one of the worst I have seen so far! Good Luck to you,
